Position Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and is responsible for assisting in the monthly general ledger close, balance sheet and income statement variance analysis, cost center expense monthly analysis and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger, including sub ledger to ledger reconciliations and account reconciliations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Journal entries for month-end close, including subledger to ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of accounts and inventory control
  • Prepares cost center expense variance analysis and account reconciliations
  • Assists in preparing supporting schedules for external auditors and responding to audit inquiries
  • Assists with funding instruction and funding methods and special projects as they arise
  • Assist in annual planning, cash flow and forecasting
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for several US bank accounts and credit cards
  • Monitoring accounts from $30,000 up to $1.5 million dollars
  • Bank wire experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Minimum of BS in Accounting

Experience

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Quickbooks a must, Netsuite experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Hours:  8:00AM – 5:00PM

Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist/Customer Service Rep. would be:

  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct to appropriate person
  • Answer incoming calls, obtain caller’s name and company association, transfer and announce call to designated individual or put the caller into voicemail. Evaluating and handling Customer Service calls
  • Provide RMA’s and process returned products for warranty and/or repair
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing and Sales Staff as requested. May include travel arrangements
  • Data entry maintaining contact lists, and tracking reports, MAP violators. Must be internet proficient
  • Distribute mail and facsimiles
  • Compose and type routine correspondence
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies (fax, copier, printers, coffee machine, phone system)
  • Maintain corporate office phone list
  • Order and track all supplies including kitchen supplies
  • Order all stationary and business cards for the corporate office
  • Filing and copying
  • Take on projects as needed

Education

  • Education: HS Diploma required.
  • Experience: 2+ years equivalent experience in similar position required.
  • Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task required.
  • Team player with respect for deadlines and a strong work ethic strongly preferred.

Software Program Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Netsuite a Plus.

Salary: $11.00/hr to start

Marketing Specialist-Retail

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain relationship with large and midsize retail corporate customers and buyers
  • Planning/order tracking multiple online marketing promotions
  • Fact and data checking of retailer and partner sites
  • Set-up and maintenance of customer documents and product portfolios
  • Responding immediately to customer queries about daily orders, inventory, returns and shipments
  • Supporting sales team in all functions, to include: administrative support, client support, information exchange
  • Participating in trade shows and marketing events
  • Submitting required reports accurately, completely and on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Previous Inside Sales Experience Required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid business understanding- specifically related to communicating with both clients as well as internal team members
  • Ability to work well and produce professional quality deliverables under tight time constraints
  • Experience working in complex business environments and on high-pressure, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Advanced problem solving skills/ ability to troubleshoot issues without requiring a lot of guidance or oversight

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will have a Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Preferred work experience includes 1 year inside sales experience or related internship, or consumer electronic retail sales.

Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems,
communication tools and software such as Windows NT, FTP, HTTPS, SMTP, Internet security, and delimited file formats.

REQUIRED ABILITIES

Demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with co-workers and the public. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside the department.

Salary: $35,000 Plus Bonus Potential depending on experience
